Replace text variables anywhere in your PowerPoint slides with data from Excel.

When to use

✅ Use text placeholders for simple text replacement, such as:

• Company names, dates, titles
• Single values or short text
• Headers and footers
• Text that spands multiple lines
• Any text in shapes or text boxes
• Mixed with regular text (e.g., "Total: $_amount")

❌ Do not use text placeholders for:

• Replacing entire tables (use Simple Tables instead)
• Replacing text in charts (use Chart Data Replacement instead)
